The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief

It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said:
"The hand of the pilferer is not to be cut off."

أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُخْتَلِسِ قَطْعٌ
