The Chapters on Blood Money
ENGLISH
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“(The injuries caused by) a fire are without liability, and by falling into a well.”
ARABIC
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الأَزْهَرِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
النَّارُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ
