What Rasoolullah Would Eat with Bread

ENGLISH

Umm Salama informed 'Ata ibn Yasar that she served Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) a grilled flank, so he ate from it, then embarked on the ritual prayer and did not perform the minor ritual ablution.

ARABIC

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ‏:‏ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ‏:‏ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَنَّ عَطَاءَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ، أَنَّهَا قَرَّبَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم، جَنْبًا مَشْوِيًّا، فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ، ثُمَّ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ، وَمَا تَوَضَّأَ‏.‏
