Hudud

ENGLISH

Ibn 'Umar (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) cut off the hand of a thief for stealing a shield that was worth three Dirhams. Agreed upon.

ARABIC

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا : { أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَطَعَ فِي مِجَنٍ، ثَمَنُهُ ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ .‏ [1]‏
