The Book of Oaths, Muharibin, Qasas (Retaliation), and Diyat (Blood Money)
ENGLISH
This hadith has been reported on the authority of A'mash with the same chain of narrators but with a slight variation of words, i. e. he did not say:
By Him besides Whom there is no god.
ARABIC
وَحَدَّثَنِي حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ، وَالْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّاءَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، بِالإِسْنَادَيْنِ جَمِيعًا . نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرَا فِي الْحَدِيثِ قَوْلَهُ
وَالَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ
