The Book of Drinks

'A'isha reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
The best of condiments or condiment is vinegar.

حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّارِمِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، بْنُ بِلاَلٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
نِعْمَ الأُدُمُ - أَوِ الإِدَامُ - الْخَلُّ
