Hadith 15
The Book Pertaining to the Remembrance of Allah, Supplication, Repentance and Seeking Forgiveness
Anas reported from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) (this suppli- cation) but with this variation that these words are not found in that supplication:
" From the trial of life and death."
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . بِمِثْلِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّ يَزِيدَ لَيْسَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَوْلُهُ
وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ
