Hadith 2300
Musnad of 'Abdullah bin al-'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib from the Prophet
It was narrated from Maimoon al-Makki that:
He saw Ibn az-Zubair ‘Abdullah, and he led them in prayer, making a motion with his hands when he stood up, when he bowed, and when he prostrated and, when he got up again, he made a motion with his hands. He said: I went to Ibn 'Abbas and said to him: I have seen Ibn az-Zubair praying in a manner that I have never seen anyone pray before. And I described these motions to him. He said: If you want to see the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), watch the prayer of Ibn az-Zubair.
