Musnad of 'Abdullah bin al-'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib from the Prophet
ENGLISH
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The guardian has no authority over the previously married woman and the orphan girl is to be asked; her silence is her approval."
