Hadith 31.2

Abu Huraira reported God’s Messenger as saying, “When one of you prays the two <i>rak'as</i> of the dawn prayer, he should lie down on his right side.”* * Cf. the third tradition in section 1 of this chapter. Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted it.

ARABIC

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا صَلَّى أَحَدُكُمْ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ فَلْيَضْطَجِعْ على يَمِينه» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد
