Hadith 45.3
Prayer
ENGLISH
Abu Huraira reported God’s Messenger as saying, “If anyone is in time for a <i>rak'a</i> of the Friday prayer he should pray another as well, but if one misses the two <i>rak'as</i> he should pray four.” Or he said, “The noon prayer.” Daraqutni transmitted it.
ARABIC
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «من أدْرك من الْجُمُعَة رَكْعَة فَليصل إِلَيْهَا أُخْرَى وَمَنْ فَاتَتْهُ الرَّكْعَتَانِ فَلْيُصَلِّ أَرْبَعًا» أَو قَالَ: «الظّهْر» . رَوَاهُ الدَّارَقُطْنِيّ
