Hadith 27
Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq)
Ibn ‘Umar said A man invoked curses on his wife (charging her of adultery) during the time of Messenger of Allaah(ﷺ) and disowned the child. The Messenger of Allaah(ﷺ) therefore separated them and attributed the child to the woman. Abu Dawud said “The words narrated by Malik alone are “and he attributed the child to the woman.”" Abu Dawud said:
The words narrated by Malik alone are: "and he attributed the child to the woman." Yunus narrated from Al Zuhri on the authority of Sahl bin Sa’d in the tradition regarding li’an(invoking curses). He disowned her conception hence her child was attributed to her.

وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ
