Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: A fifth is payable on buried treasure.
ARABIC
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ سَمِعَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
