Narrated Ibn Abi Najih:
as above, saying, "He should pay the price in advance for a specified measure and for a specified period."

فَلْيُسْلِفْ فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ
