Narrated Abu Hurayrah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: He who has been appointed a judge among the people has been killed without a knife.

مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ
