It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:

"The Messenger of Allah said: Allah, the Most High, said: If My slave loves to meet Me, I love to meet him, and if he hates to meet Me, I hate to meet him."'

ARABIC

‏ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى إِذَا أَحَبَّ عَبْدِي لِقَائِي أَحْبَبْتُ لِقَاءَهُ وَإِذَا كَرِهَ لِقَائِي كَرِهْتُ لِقَاءَهُ ‏
