It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said; "I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) delivering a khutbah and he said:

'Pants (are allowed) for one who cannot find an Izar, and Khuffs for one who cannot find sandals to wear in Ihram.;;

‏ السَّرَاوِيلُ لِمَنْ لاَ يَجِدُ الإِزَارَ وَالْخُفَّيْنِ لِمَنْ لاَ يَجِدُ النَّعْلَيْنِ ‏
