"The Messenger of Allah [ﷺ] said: 'The best things with which you can change gray hair are Henna and Katam.'"

إِنَّ أَحْسَنَ مَا غَيَّرْتُمْ بِهِ الشَّيْبَ الْحِنَّاءُ وَالْكَتَمُ
