It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:
"The Messenger of Allah [ﷺ] said: 'Every intoxicant is Khamr and every intoxicant is unlawful.'"
كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ
