It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“If food is served and the Iqamah for prayer is given, then start with the food.”
ARABIC
إِذَا وُضِعَ الْعَشَاءُ وَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ، فَابْدَءُوا بِالْعَشَاءِ
