This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Umar through be upon him) as saying:

Five (are the beasts) in killing which or their being killed in the precinct of the Ka'ba there is no sin." The rest of the hadith is the same.

‏ خَمْسٌ لاَ جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِ مَا قُتِلَ مِنْهُنَّ فِي الْحَرَمِ ‏
