It was narrated from Al-Miqdam bin Madikarib that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"You should take Sahur for it is the blessed breakfast."

عَلَيْكُمْ بِغَدَاءِ السُّحُورِ فَإِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَدَاءُ الْمُبَارَكُ
