It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever eats honey three mornings each month, will not suffer any serious calamity.”
ARABIC
مَنْ لَعِقَ الْعَسَلَ ثَلاَثَ غَدَوَاتٍ كُلَّ شَهْرٍ لَمْ يُصِبْهُ عَظِيمٌ مِنَ الْبَلاَءِ
