It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“Fever is from the heat of the Hell-fire, so cool it down with water.”
ARABIC
إِنَّ الْحُمَّى مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ فَابْرُدُوهَا بِالْمَاءِ
