It was narrated from Jabir bin ‘Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever plunders openly is not one of us.”

مَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا
