It was narrated from Sa’d that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Verbally abusing a Muslim is Fusuq (disobedience) and fighting him is Kufr.”
ARABIC
سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ
