It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Eat Suhur, for in Suhur there is a blessing.”
ARABIC
تَسَحَّرُوا فَإِنَّ فِي السَّحُورِ بَرَكَةً
